Acceptance of the presents sales conditions : Filling out the webside order form and confirming the order , implies a total acceptance for any customer of these general selling conditions.These conditions are the only ones applicable to the settled contract.

Copyrights : The French law considers that the author of a works enjoys on this works, a right of ownership on immaterial property exclusive vis-à-vis.The author enjoys in particular rights - respect of his name, his quality and his works - perpetual, inalienable and imprescriptible. He also enjoys rights of representation and reproduction.

Your rights on the works are limited to a private use, excluding right of representation and reproduction.

The websurfers recognizes thus that all the works represented by Galerie d'art-Janin-Ruggeri are protected by the copyright. Is prohibited any use of the works presented by Galerie d'art-Janin-Ruggeri without express authorization from the authors.

Prices: The indicated prices are stated in Euros. For France, the price incudes all taxes. Packing and shipping are included in the final price of ordering.

Billing :

Payment has to be made by card, (by secure payment).After payment validation, the order is accepted by Galerie-Janin-Ruggeri.
Galerie-Janin-Ruggeri will confirm the acceptance of the order to the buyer e-mail.

Payment can be made by check. The regulation can be made by cheque in Euros. The indicated prices are stated in Euros, the prices in other currencies are for information. the work delivery will start only when the check is credited to our account. Send your check to the following address :

Shipping: Galerie-Janin-Ruggeri commits itself, if the order was accepted, to sell and to deliver to the buyer the ordered products.The buyer has to communicate to Galerie d'art-Janin-Ruggeri an adress at which the delivery can takes place at business hours.

Every shipping will be sent by post or an international carrier as soon as possible.

If, for any reason, one of the selling conditions had to be declared inapplicable, this would not affect the selling conditions. The specific condition that is inapplicable is replaced by the closest.Nor Galerie d'art-Janin-Ruggeri neither the client should be held responsible for a non execution due to circumstances outside control, including, but not restricted to : war, insurrection, shipping interruption, export or import problems, strike, lock-out, shortage, fire, earthquake, flooding.

Reservation at reception : If the product delivered does not match the product ordered or if the product package seems to be highly damaged then the buyer can make a reservation. These resevation have to be made in writing with the carrier at delivery or within 24 hours of the delivery.An explanation and the bill number must be included with the resevation. If the procedure was followed, and if the reservation is proven the result of dammage packaging and products.

Retract :According to article L.121-16 of French Code of Commerce, the customer has the right to send back the items received for exchange or refunding within 7 days after delivery date.
Should the customer decide to cancel his order, Galerie d'art-Janin-Ruggeri must refund the amounts paid without any expenses. The item to be refunded must be returned in its original package, without any damage.

Computing and liberty (CNIL) :As stated by the law on computing and liberty (CNIL) of the 6th of January 1978, you have access to information concerning you, you can ask for its modification, or require to not appear in our data base by sending us an e-mail janin@art-provence.com

Court : The present selling conditions are controlled by the French law. The customer and the Galerie d'art Janin-Ruggeri engage, in the event of any dispute, to settle the differend out of courts.
The Courts of Avignon are the only ones competent in case of a contantion.
